Failed webcomic 3: Live action!

My primary goal at this stage was making comics as quickly as possible. Drawing takes ages, then you have to colour it in - so what could be quicker than using photographs? With scant regard for the concept of 'thinking it through', I went out and purchased £100 worth of Bratz dolls. The girl at the till thought I was the very generous father of a lucky little girl but I didn't have the heart to correct her. If I had bothered to think it through first, I might have realised that it wasn't the dream ticket to speedy comic city that I had imagined. You have to pose the dolls, photograph them against a blank background, remove the background in Photoshop and then find a suitable backdrop to place them into. It wasn't much fun. Then the facial features have to be altered with the liquify command. I'd have given up sooner but I wanted to get at least some of the value back on the dolls.

The comics below are at a much lower resolution than intended to save bandwidth.

What happens next? I have no idea.
